Prokan Grills adds dual-zone DuoFire to Infinity line

Prokan Grills has launched the patent-pending Infinity DuoFire, a freestanding and built-in outdoor cooking system that combines Argentine grilling, smoking and charcoal-oven cooking in one unit. The new model is available now through major retail channels and ProkanGrills.com.

Why it matters: - The Infinity DuoFire puts three cooking methods into one outdoor system, giving home cooks a single setup for high-heat grilling, low-and-slow smoking, roasting and baking. - Prokan is aiming the product at the gap between basic backyard grills and commercial-grade combination cookers. - The launch expands the Infinity Argentine Grill collection into a broader outdoor kitchen category.

What happened: - Prokan Grills announced the patent-pending Prokan Infinity DuoFire Argentine Grill with Charcoal Oven and Smoker on October 6, 2026. - The new product joins Prokan's Infinity Argentine Grill collection. - The system combines an open-fire Argentine grill with an enclosed, firebrick-insulated charcoal oven and smoker. - Prokan says the product is available now in freestanding and built-in versions.

The details: - The DuoFire offers 1,033 square inches of combined cooking space. - The Argentine grill side provides 333 square inches of cooking area. - The smoker and charcoal oven chamber provides 700 square inches and uses three tiers. - The grill side uses an adjustable-height cooking grate for heat control. - Angled stainless-steel V-groove grates channel fats and juices to an integrated grease tray. - The smoker and charcoal oven side includes firebrick insulation and adjustable airflow for longer cooks. - Stainless-steel racks and hanging hooks support ribs, poultry, sausage, fish and larger cuts. - The unit uses commercial-grade #304 stainless steel throughout. - The 55-inch Infinity Argentine Grill DuoFire is a freestanding model for patios and entertaining spaces. - The 46-inch Infinity Argentine Built-In Grill DuoFire is designed for outdoor kitchen islands. - Both configurations share the same cooking capacity, dual airflow controls and stainless-steel construction.

Between the lines: - Ray Chang, Prokan Grills CEO, said customer interest in the Infinity Argentine Grill range pushed the company to add more versatility without requiring separate appliances. - The product is positioned as a way to make live-fire cooking the centerpiece of the outdoor kitchen. - The pricing pitch is part of the sales message: Prokan is emphasizing a combination-grill experience without a commercial-kitchen price tag. - The launch also signals Prokan's push from Argentine-style cooking into a more complete outdoor cooking platform.

What's next: - The DuoFire is being sold through ProkanGrills.com, Wayfair, The Home Depot and Lowe's. - Prokan directs shoppers to its website for specifications and pricing. - Trade buyers, dealers and project partners can contact Ray Chang at contact@zhprokan.com. - Prokan is continuing to market the Infinity line as a premium outdoor-cooking collection.

The bottom line: - Prokan is betting that a dual-zone grill, smoker and charcoal oven can win buyers who want restaurant-style flexibility in a single backyard appliance.
